Dear Gamers,

We have been hearing rants and chants of latency issues while playing on Wateen's gaming servers but now we would like to clarify the situation for everyone's benefit.

Firstly, you will not have any ping latency issue if you are playing using Wateen's Internet connectivity as all the traffic is routed locally directly to our server thus eliminating multiple hops.

Secondly, if you are using any other third party ISP (PTCL, MBL, Brain, etc) then we cannot assure any good latency while you are playing on our servers for the sole reason that we cannot ensure quality of service of your ISP. However, if you are experiencing some latency issues while using Wateen's Internet then do let us know and we will try to resolve your issue at the earliest.

For everyone's convenience, we already have our forums up and running so if you have any queries or issues, do let us know.
